I’m running late! What should I do?

Please try to reschedule by going to the Orders page and clicking Reschedule

We have instructed our drivers to wait for a few minutes after arrival, but in an effort to be on-time for our other customers, unfortunately we can’t have them wait longer than that.

Please note that for all “No Shows” and pickups and deliveries cancelled 10 minutes before the appointment time, there is a $4.00 fee
